The master bath features a separate tub and shower and his and her closets. </p>
<p>Six beautiful home plans are available from Chesmar Homes in Jagged Ridge, ranging in size from 2,123 – 2,343 square feet. Brick, and brick and stone elevations are offered on all plans and a full GE appliance package is standard including front-load washer and dryer. All homes are Energy Star Certified, Certified Green and carry the Environments for Living™ usage and comfort guarantee.</p>
<p>Gracepoint Homes offers seven designs in this neighborhood. Sizes range from approximately 2,174 to 2,699 square feet and include up to four bedrooms and up to three baths (many with half baths). A brick or brick and stone elevation is featured. All homes are Energy Star Certified and comply with the guidelines set by the Environments for Living® program. </p>
<p>The Village of Creekside Park encompasses vast areas of parklands, totaling 1,850 acres including the 1,700-acre George Mitchell Nature Preserve, named in honor of The Woodlands’ founder George Mitchell; the 20-acre Fleming Park including the Rob Fleming Aquatic Center, named for the late Rob Fleming, Texas Parks and Wildlife naturalist and artist; and 72-acre Lake Paloma, a scenic waterway through the center of the village. </p>
<p>This summer, the South Montgomery County YMCA plans to open an Outdoor Education Facility in the Village of Creekside Park. Public schools in Creekside Park are part of the Tomball Independent School District. Tomball ISD has committed to three school sites in the new village. The first school, Creekside Forest Elementary, is an elementary campus serving students in grades K-6 that opened for the 2009-2010 school year.<br />

Development of Timarron, a new 240-acre area located west of Kuykendahl Road in The Woodlands’ Village of Creekside Park, is well underway and Pulte Homes and Beazer Homes are constructing new single-family homes ranging in size from approximately 1,500-2,500 square feet, and priced from the $160’s. Pulte’s model homes are expected to open in early August, and Beazer will open their models in late August or early September. </p>
<p>“We are glad to have single-family homes in this price range in Timarron,” said Buck Driggers, Vice President of Residential Sales and Development for The Woodlands Development Company. “Timarron will be the ideal place for first-time homebuyers and those wishing to downsize to a smaller home or patio home within The Woodlands.” </p>
<p>There will be 10 neighborhoods within Timarron, five comprised of single-family homes, and five featuring patio homes. The centerpiece of Timarron will be 7-acre Timarron Park, including a Craftsman-style picnic pavilion that will seat 50, a Craftsman-style restroom, separate play equipment for older and younger children, a lighted basketball court, two lighted tennis courts, play field and picnic areas. The park will be connected to surrounding neighborhoods by two miles of trails. The trails will also connect Timarron with Tomball ISD schools in Creekside Park, including the new Creekside Forest K-6 Elementary School that opens in August. The trails will also lead to the planned village shopping center. </p>
<p>Five lakes, ranging in size from approximately one acre to 12 acres, are located throughout the neighborhood. “This chain of lakes provides water views to many of the homesites in Timarron,” Driggers said. “A forested greenway connects the neighborhoods with the park and pathway system and planned village center. Three access points are also planned from Timarron to the 1,700-acre George Mitchell Nature Preserve, ultimately connecting to Burroughs Park in Spring and the Spring Creek Greenway, a 33-mile trail system linking parklands in Harris and Montgomery Counties.<br />

The homebuilding company will be offering six different floor plans in Creekside Park, ranging in size from 3,132 – 4,400 square feet. Prices range from the low- to mid-$400’s. </p>

Toll Brothers, the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, and The Woodlands Development Company (TWDC) have announced that The Woodlands will be the first community in which Toll Brothers will introduce their homes to the Houston marketplace, according to Buck Driggers, vice president of residential sales &#038; development for TWDC. Toll Brothers will begin building homes from the $400,000s and up in the Villages of Creekside Park and Sterling Ridge in The Woodlands. </p>
<p>Construction will begin in early summer in the neighborhood of Tupelo Woods in the Village of Creekside Park. The neighborhood will open for pre-construction sales in mid-August, with delivery of new homes anticipated in spring of 2010. In the neighborhood of Player Vista in the Village of Sterling Ridge, construction is slated to begin in September with new homes being delivered in spring of 2010, Driggers said. Toll Brothers will offer the same award-winning home designs in The Woodlands that earned the Company the distinguished honor of being named Texas Builder of the Year by the Texas Association of Builders for the past two years. </p>

MORE THAN 520 FAMILIES HAVE PURCHASED NEW HOMES IN CREEKSIDE PARK</p>
<p>More than 520 families have purchased new homes in The Woodlands’ ninth and newest village, Creekside Park, and are enjoying the area’s many parks and amenities. Designed with an emphasis on outdoor recreation and communing with nature, the new village includes 1,850 areas of parklands encompassing the 1,700-acre George Mitchell Nature Preserve, 20-acre Rob Fleming Park and 72-acre Lake Paloma, along with many other neighborhoods parks, trails and greenspaces.<br />
<span id="more-575"></span><br />
The award-winning George Mitchell Nature Preserve features seven miles of frontage along Spring Creek, and currently offers two trailheads leading to more than four miles of soft surface trails for hiking and birding, as well as an off-road trail for mountain biking. There’s also a kayak/canoe launch that leads to a pastoral oxbow near Spring Creek. The Preserve is part of the Spring Creek Greenway Project, a joint initiative of Harris and Montgomery Counties linking 33 miles of frontage along Spring Creek from US 59 to Spring.</p>
<p>Rob Fleming Park features a Craftsman-style lodge designed for outdoor performances, a one-acre pond and picnic area, a festival field, playground and Bluebonnet Meadow that is awash with color in early spring. The new Rob Fleming Aquatic Center is situated nearby on a 13-acre site at the edge of Lake Paloma. Complete with a two-story flume slide for tubing and a 500-foot long “Lazy River”, the Aquatic Center also features an aquatic play structure with 150-gallon dump bucket. The Aquatic Center is the 13th community pool in The Woodlands, and is open to all residents for a seasonal fee.</p>
<p>Well underway is Creekside Forest Elementary School for grades K-6, part of the Tomball ISD, scheduled to open for the 2009-2010 school year. </p>
