Everyone decorates their home to fit their personal lifestyle; staging a home prepares it to appeal to a large spectrum of home buyers. This includes, de-cluttering, de-personalizing, rearranging furniture and accessories to show off the home’s architectural details and features.
Our homes are full of our favorite things. We want the home buyer to be able to focus on the home, and not be distracted by the contents. The contents should draw the eye to features of the home and “set the stage” for a buyer to see themselves living in the home. The home needs to appear spacious and light.
