The Woodlands Creekside Park Village
Toll Brothers, the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, and The Woodlands Development Company (TWDC) have announced that The Woodlands will be the first community in which Toll Brothers will introduce their homes to the Houston marketplace, according to Buck Driggers, vice president of residential sales & development for TWDC. Toll Brothers will begin building homes from the $400,000s and up in the Villages of Creekside Park and Sterling Ridge in The Woodlands.

Construction will begin in early summer in the neighborhood of Tupelo Woods in the Village of Creekside Park. The neighborhood will open for pre-construction sales in mid-August, with delivery of new homes anticipated in spring of 2010. In the neighborhood of Player Vista in the Village of Sterling Ridge, construction is slated to begin in September with new homes being delivered in spring of 2010, Driggers said. Toll Brothers will offer the same award-winning home designs in The Woodlands that earned the Company the distinguished honor of being named Texas Builder of the Year by the Texas Association of Builders for the past two years.

“We are thrilled to welcome Toll Brothers to The Woodlands,” Driggers said. “Their reputation for quality building, innovative design, commitment to their customers and financial stability is outstanding. They are a great addition to our builder portfolio.”
