Post Category: Community, New Neighborhood Updates, Real Estate — Greg Flory @ 7:13 am

The Woodlands is celebrating the Grand Opening of the new Rob Fleming Aquatic Center in the Village of Creekside Park with a special promotion. When your clients tour any of the 21 new model homes in the Village of Creekside Park during the month of June, 2008, they will receive a free day pass for
a family of four to experience the new Rob Fleming Aquatic Center any one day during the month of July, 2008 (except Mondays and Friday, July 4th).

The spectacular new Rob Fleming Aquatic Center is situated on a 13-acre site at the edge of 72-acre Lake Paloma, adjacent to the award-winning Rob Fleming Park. Guests will enjoy tubing down the two-story flume slide and floating down the “lazy river”. Attractions also include a large, resort-style free-form pool with beach entry, water playground, sunbathing berms, three-lane lap pool, and a pool house with concessions. Children will also enjoy romping on the new Evos Playground. The Aquatic
Center marks the 13th aquatic facility in The Woodlands and will be open to all residents of the community for a seasonal fee.

Creekside Park features new homes built by Chesmar Homes, Darling, Gracepoint, Highland, Lennar,
Plantation, Trendmaker, Village Builders, David Weekley Homes and Wilshire Homes, priced from the $190’s to the $800’s.
