Stonemark Builders To Begin Construction In The Woodlands East Shore

Post Category: New Neighborhood Updates, Real Estate — Greg Flory @ 3:02 pm

The Woodlands East Shore
Stonemark Builders, LLC is planning to begin construction this spring for La Costa Garden Homes in East Shore, the “Garden District” of The Woodlands Town Center, according to Buck Driggers, vice president of residential sales and development for The Woodlands Development Company. Inspired by Mission style architecture, the homes at LaCosta are designed to form a lakeside village within walking distance of the shore of 200-acre Lake Woodlands.

The enclave will be located near Olmstead Park in East Shore on a site that is bounded by Lake Front Circle to the west, Shell Port Square to the north and Woodlands Parkway to the south. La Costa includes 42 condominiums in 14 two-story buildings. Each building is designed around a courtyard garden that connects three unique floor plans in each building, each with an attached two-car garage. Three distinctive designs are featured. Prices will range from the high $300,000’s.

Stonemark Builders is also the creator of The Villas, a neighboring enclave in East Shore that includes 25 three-story single-family detached residences with detached, rear-accessed three-car garages.

“La Costa will be the only project in East Shore Park with its own private, resident amenities,” said Driggers. “Stonemark has done an outstanding job of designing this private enclave in the incomparable setting of East Shore. We have gotten very good feedback on the designs from Realtors® and prospects, and feel that La Costa will be very popular with homebuyers looking for a unique urban experience.”
