Showcase of Homes in Creekside Park Village of The Woodlands
A Showcase of Homes event is set for Saturday, October 13 through Sunday, October 28, 2007 from 10 am - 6 pm daily in the gated community of Carlton Woods Creekside, the 500-acre expansion of Carlton Woods in The Woodlands. The Showcase of Homes is part of the Grand Opening Celebration of the new Village of Creekside Park, located south of Spring Creek in Harris County. The main entrance to Carlton Woods Creekside is situated off Kuykendahl Road.
Seven lavishly furnished and decorated estate homes, priced from $1.3 - $2.7 million, will be open for touring. Admission is $5 for adults, and children 12 and under will be admitted free. A portion of the proceeds will benefit New Danville and Interfaith of The Woodlands. Builders include Braniff Development Group, Savoy Custom Homes, Sterling Classic Homes, Termeer and Associates, and Ultra Classic Custom Homes.

An example of the magnificent homes that will be showcased in Carlton Woods Creekside is the 9,553-square-foot estate at 30 North Fazio Way, situated on a nearly one-acre site with a water view. Seventeen furnished model homes, priced from the $200,000’s - $700,000’s, will be open for touring Saturday, October 20 through Sunday, October 28, 2007 from 10 am - 6 pm. Homebuilders include Chesmar Homes, Darling Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, Plantation Homes, Trendmaker Homes, Village Builders, and Wilshire Homes.
