The Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival

The Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival is set for Saturday and Sunday, April 14 and 15, 2007. The second annual festival is a juried fine arts show featuring 200 national and regional artists of various mediums selling their original creations. Children’s interactive art activities, exhibits from 12 th grade public and private school students in Montgomery County, entertainment and the “Palette Café” featuring food from signature eateries will also be highlighted. Festivities take place along The Woodlands Waterway® in Town Center from The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel and Convention Center alongside The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion and culminating at Town Green Park . Festival hours are 10 am until 8 pm on Saturday and 10 am until 5 pm on Sunday. Admission is $10 for adults. Children 12 and under are admitted free of charge.

FIRST QUARTER SUCCESS IN CARLTON WOODS AND CARLTON WOODS CREEKSIDE

The gated communities of Carlton Woods and Carlton Woods Creekside in The Woodlands had a successful first quarter of 2007. 14 homesites and five homes were sold in the communities.
