Some of the final homesites in the gated community of Carlton Woods, surrounding the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, are available now. Homesites are approximately ½ acre and are priced from the $290’s. There was pent up demand for half-acre homesites near the $300,000 range. On the first day of the lot release, Carlton Woods signed contracts for over half of the available properties. There are only a few remaining homesites available, and these represent some of the last opportunities to purchase property around the Nicklaus course.

There is a varied selection of homesites currently available in the gated community of Carlton Woods Creekside surrounding the new Tom Fazio Championship golf course. Homesites are priced from the $190’s to over $1 million, ranging in size from ¼ acre to over two acres. Over 115 homesites have sold in Carlton Woods Creekside since it first launched. Plans are underway for The Woodlands Showcase of Homes to be set in Carlton Woods Creekside in October, 2007.
