Carmel Builders on The Woodlands East Shore - Update
Carmel Builders, a division of McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc. (MHI), recently broke ground on its townhome development of Savannah Landing in Southern Coast, a waterfront enclave within the community of East Shore in The Woodlands. Southern Coast is situated on 18 acres and features over 2,300 linear feet of water frontage on Lower Lake Woodlands, nearest to South Shore Park.
Carmel Builders will build twenty-one, three-story townhomes in Southern Coast, highlighting front porches and balconies overlooking Rafter’s Row Park and Lake Woodlands. These residences will feature a Southern Coastal Vernacular architectural style in an urban landscape setting. Townhomes include approximately 2,579 square feet of living space and are priced from the upper $430’s to the high $440’s.
