Senior Living Projects in The Woodlands

Post Category: Community, Real Estate — Michele Flory @ 9:44 am

There are two new senior living projects underway in The Woodlands. The Conservatory at Alden Bridge, a 237-unit, age-qualified, independent living rental apartment community is underway at the southeast corner of Alden Bridge Drive and Crownridge Drive. Apartments are expected to be available for occupancy in spring of 2007. The Sterling at The Woodlands, located on Lake Robbins Drive in Town Center, will include 133 one- and two-bedroom luxury, for-sale condominiums for independent and active seniors. The first condos are expected to be ready for occupancy in mid-2009.

  1. WHAT ABOUT THE WINDSOR LAKE 55 AND OVER COMMUNITY?
WHEN WILL THESE HOMES BE BUILT? I SEE THAT AMERICANA AND SOME GARDEN HOMES ARE IN THE PROCESS. BUT I AM INTERESTED IN THE VERANDA MODELS. PLEASE ADVISE

  2. Are their plans and pricing for either or both of these communities now to view?

  4. Windsor Lakes lacks the necessary lots to build the Veranda(Manor)models. This model will next appear in The Woodlands late 2007 in the new village, Creekside Park.
