The Sterling at The Woodlands
Located on Lake Robbins Drive in Town Center, Sunrise Senior Living, the country�s largest provider of senior living services, has purchased a 2.53-acre site for construction of a 253,000-square-foot senior living condominium building, planned to include 133 one- and two-bedroom luxury condos for independent and active seniors. Construction is scheduled to begin in late summer of 2007 with the first condos being ready for occupancy in June of 2009.
