The Boardwalk at Town Center in The Woodlands
On the south side of The Woodlands Waterway at Grogan’s Mill Road, a 450-unit luxury apartment neighborhood will be built in phases. Phase one will consist of 345 units in four, five-story buildings. One, two, and three-bedroom apartments raning in size from 670-1,530 square feet will be offered. The first apartments should be available in the spring of 2006. Amenities will include a lifestyle fitness center, spinning room, business center, cyber cafe and structured parking, a boat bam for kayaks, three rooftop gardens with outdoor fireplaces, a deck and waterfall will enhance the natural, water-oriented setting on The Waterway.
