East Shore Update
Activity is underway in East Shore, the 260-acre “Garden District” of The Woodlands Town Center. Hahnfeld Witmer Davis has started framing the Park Place Brownstones–36 brownstones similar to the popular Remington Brownstones on The Woodlands Waterway®. Village Builders will begin construction within the next four months on approximately 55 townhomes, ranging in size from 2,400 to 2,650 square feet. New home construction is scheduled to begin later this year from custom homebuilders Keith Morgan, John Post, Robin Rueby, Christopher Sims, George Weaver and J.M. Wendell.
