PRUDENTIAL GARY GREENE REALTORS ASSUMES OPERATIONS OF THE WOODLANDS CUSTOM HOMES – The Woodlands Operating Company, L.P. (TWOC) has selected Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors to operate the stand-alone, new home sales office of The Woodlands Custom Homes, a subsidiary of TWOC, according to Thomas J. D’Alesandro IV, president and CEO of TWOC.
Prudential Gary Greene has signed a listing contract with the 38 custom homebuilders active in The Woodlands, effective September 1. The new home sales office will continue to operate at 3535 East Panther Creek Drive in The Woodlands. “We are very pleased to be able to offer our customers and builders access to the extensive marketing resources that Prudential Gary Greene has available,” D’Alesandro
said.
The real estate company lists all homes on MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and maintains comprehensive home search capabilities on two major websites – garygreene.com and khou.com. An e-mail follow-up system, access to mortgage information, relocation services, movers and utility companies are designed to take the hassle out of purchasing a new home and the moving process.

The change will permit TWOC to further refine its focus on its core businesses: the development and sale of residential lots and commercial land throughout the community, the development of buildings in The Woodlands Town Center, and the management of The Woodlands Country Club and The Club at Carlton Woods.
